Master's degree in Food Technology from the University of Murcia, Spain and Bachelor's degree in Agroindustrial Engineering from UAEH. The research line in which he works is "Characterization and Conservation of Agroindustrial Products", with emphasis on research projects related to the science of milk and dairy products, as well as bioactive compounds of plant origin applied to food.
