Researcher in the area of animal reproduction, particularly in the study of the effects of photoperiod on the reproduction of small ruminants. Veterinarian by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry of the Universidad Autónoma Agraria Antonio Narro (Unidad Laguna). Master and PhD in Agricultural Sciences at the Center for Research in Goat Reproduction (CIRCA) of the Universidad Autónoma Agraria Antonio Narro (Torreón, Coahuila). He has been a speaker at international (Argentina, United States and France) and national congresses. He has published several scientific articles in international indexed journals. Currently, he is a research professor at the Instituto de Ciencias Agropecuarias of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, where he teaches the undergraduate courses: Management and Physiology of Reproduction and Production Systems in sheep; at the master's level he teaches Reproductive Management. He has field experience in the modification of reproductive seasonality in small ruminants through biostimulation processes and with the modification of photoperiod perception artificially.
