Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration Technology Engineering

Admission Requirements
- Have completed high school or equivalent studies before July 25, 2022.
- Minimum grade point average of 7.0 (seven);
- Respond to the Health Risk Factors and Health Risk Factors Survey.
- Take the English Placement Test.

- You will use knowledge of transport phenomena and mechanisms for the innovative design of refrigeration systems that ensure the quality of the food product during the supply chain in a sustainable manner.
- You will be able to implement methods of cryopreservation of biological units using cryogenic technologies and advise food producers on the use of low temperatures to avoid post-harvest losses.
- You will have the knowledge to organize processes, manage resources and materials, apply quality standards and protocols in raw materials and finished products related to conservation through low temperature processes.
