Who we are
About

In order to meet the growing demand for secondary and higher education and with the mission to educate and train enterprising, responsible and honest professionals, with a solid humanistic, scientific and technological background, who contribute to the integral development of their social and productive environment, with graduates committed to solving regional and national problems, respectful of the environment and with a critical attitude to understand globalization as an opportunity to project their values, knowledge, skills and culture, the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo; In the year 2000, the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo began the process of expansion in order to bring education closer to the municipalities and the different regions of our state.

On July 17, 2000, the Actopan Campus began its activities, with the Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Psychology; in July 2004, the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design was incorporated; in 2014, the educational offer of the High School was increased with two new educational programs, the Bachelor's Degree and the Business Creation and Development, with this it seeks to expand the capacity and coverage of the High Schools dependent on the UAEH and of the Bachelor's Degree programs in the region.

Brayan Tadeo Ángeles Arregoitia

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Student

Collaborator in the prototype "Documentary: My Place in Gender Violence", carried out at the Center for Innovation and Development of the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES) in 2024, obtaining 13th place out of 100 prototypes along with a team of students from various undergraduate programs at ESAc.

Third semester student of the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, winner of a 4-week international internship abroad and 1 week of language course, in the GLOBAL INTER EF Contest, organized by the Education First Language School abroad.

Within the framework of the International Image Contest, Francisco Javier González Monterrubio, a student of the seventh semester of the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, won second place in the Hidalgo Poster category with his work entitled "Ciclovida".
