To integrate the efforts and continuous improvement in the execution of the different transversal processes developed among the academic and administrative units to guarantee services in accordance with the demands of the applicants, students, researchers, administrative staff, clients, suppliers, environment and society in general, which must guarantee the security and prestige of the activities developed by the institution.
To pay attention to the activities of the Quality Management System that allows maintaining and certifying the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo; through the constant revision and application of the requirements that regulate quality.
Establish strategies, processes, policies, programs or projects that allow the university community to promote the commitment and development of the practice of principles and values contained in the Educational Model of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, in the environmental, family, work and social environment, ensuring compliance with institutional, federal (national, regional and local) and international regulations.
