Coordinate and follow up on institutional activities for the continuous improvement of the standardization of organizational structures and operability, as well as the certification of university operational management in terms of quality, environmental and social responsibility, through plans and strategies that will allow compliance with institutional goals and objectives.

To guarantee continuous improvement at the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo through the Integrated Institutional Management System, by coordinating the standardization and optimization of the organizational structures and the operability of the academic units and dependencies, promoting a culture of quality, environmental and social responsibility.

To be a benchmark in quality management and the consolidation of the Integrated Institutional Management System by 2029, promoting academic and administrative excellence through innovation and continuous improvement, where institutional macro-processes are certified and reflect an optimal learning and working environment for the entire university community.
