UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN ACTION

OBJECTIVE
To provide multidisciplinary health services at a first level of care through medical conferences, talks and workshops that promote a culture of disease prevention in vulnerable sectors of the state of Hidalgo, contributing to improve the living conditions of the population.

The medical days are carried out on a rotating basis in communities of the 84 municipalities of the state, with the participation of social service providers, academic and administrative personnel of this University. Five mobile dental units (including one for pediatric dentistry) are available for their operation, and soon, a mobile unit for mastography and a trailer equipped for ophthalmology and nutrition consultations will be available.
