The cost is $150.00 (One hundred and fifty pesos 00/100 M.N.)
In the following link, enter as a STUDENT with your school information (Account number and PIN, if you do not remember this information, please call ext. 48503. If you do not have this information, you must register as EXTERNAL). In concept choose document issuance, the cost center is not modified and in educational program choose your Bachelor's Degree, pay for the process of the Certificate of Studies.

Scan your proof of payment and your official photo ID, fill out the following form, attach and send.

Collect
A notification will be sent to your Institutional Mail indicating that you can pick up your document.
You will have to present yourself with a physical official ID (NO DIGITAL, NO PHOTOCOPY).
If you can not go yourself, send someone with a simple power of attorney
You have 30 working days to pick up your document.
