Submit to the School Administration Office a letter with the list of students requesting an extraordinary exam for grade improvement, the applications with the grade waiver and payment receipts.

Application of exams for qualification improvement.

Last day to register the results and sign the minutes of extraordinary exams for grade improvement.

Receipt of extraordinary examination requests by time limit

Submit to the School Administration Office a letter with the list of students requesting extraordinary exams by time limit and payment receipts.

Application of time-limited examinations.

Last day to register the results and sign the minutes of extraordinary exams due to time limit.

Application of extraordinary exams.

Last day to register results and sign extraordinary exam minutes.

Receipt of requests for change of propaedeutic.

Submit to the School Administration Office, the list of students requesting a change of program.

The Directorate of School Administration responds to the academic units regarding the change of the propaedeutic program.

The academic unit will carry out group mergers.

Last day for the registration of results and signing of the minutes of ordinary exams for the June-July 2025 summer courses.

Validate the requests for extraordinary competency-based exams in due time and form so that students can generate their payment form.

Re-enrollment students may request permission within 30 working days of the beginning of the school term.

Receipt of requests for updating the academic load of students who took extraordinary competency-based exams .
