In the following link, enter as a STUDENT with your school information (Account number and PIN, if you do not remember this information, please call ext. 48503. If you do not have this information, you must register as an EXTERNAL). In the document issuance concept, the cost center is not modified and in the educational program choose Bachillerato, pay for the Partial Certificate process.

Scan your proof of payment and your official photo ID, fill out the following form, attach and send.

Collect
A notification will be sent to your email indicating that you can pick up your document.
You will have to show up with a physical official ID (NO DIGITAL, NO PHOTOCOPY).
If you can not go yourself, send someone with a simple power of attorney
You have 30 working days to pick up your document.
